My aunt wants to sell one of her icelandics. Geysir is a 20 year old blue dun pinto. He is pretty tall and big for an icelandic. Good willing attitude, very forward but responsive. Has dressage and some cutting training on him. I would put an intermidiate rider on him on trail. In the arena he can do confident beginner. He will go all day, age not showing at all other than a few gray hairs on his muzzle.
3000 dollars.

Geysir is a lot of fun to ride, got to ride him when I went for a ride with Heidi and Pat, had a blast of a time. Couldn't stop grinning and laughing I was having so much fun.

20 caN still be young for an Icelandic-the UK pace champ was about 21 at one point and sometimes they are being ridden at 28/ 29 years or older

Good luck with selling him-my oldest is 18-has a few grey hairs around the muzzle-but can still misbehaive like a 5 year old-her mother is about 34 I think

best wishes

yeah, I heard they can live upwards of 40yrs, much like the Haflingers and most of the pony breeds.
